Teya Payments

We offer two types of integration with Teya Payments:

1. Indirect Integration:
In this setup, the POS software and the Teya card machine run on separate devices.

2. Direct Integration (App-to-App):
Here, both ACE POS and the Teya Payment App operate on the same device.

To activate Indirect Integration: #

1. Open the Teya app on your card machine and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. On ACE POS, go to Plugins > Teya.
3. Enter the Auth Code displayed on your card machine.
4. Enter your email address and password associated with your Teya account.
5. Select the correct shop and device (serial number) corresponding to your card machine.
6. Enable the integration and save your settings.

Important: Do not select [ Teya Pay ] for this setup—it’s only used when ACE POS and the Teya app are on the same device.

To activate Direct Integration (App-to-App): #

1. Launch the Teya Payment App and follow the setup instructions.
2. Then open the ACE POS app and go to Plugins > Teya Pay.

That’s it! You’re ready to start taking orders with seamless payment integration.
