Voucher

The Vouchers feature allows you to create custom-generated codes that customers can use at checkout — both in-store and online. These are ideal for promotions, rewards, or special offers.

How to Create a Voucher #

1. From the main menu, go to Discounts → Vouchers.
2. You’ll see a list of all existing vouchers, including both active and expired ones.
3. To create a new voucher, click New Voucher.
4. Fill in the required details, such as:
   • Voucher name and code
   • Discount type (fixed or percentage)
   • Number of uses allowed
   • Expiry date
5. Choose whether the voucher is available to all customers or assign it to a specific customer.
6. Click Save to create the voucher.

Once created, customers can apply the voucher code during checkout to receive the specified discount.
