The Group Discount feature allows you to apply discounts to specific customer groups. This is ideal for offering special pricing to members, loyal customers, or any defined group of customers.
Before You Begin #
Ensure you have created customer groups in the Customers section. Group discounts can only be assigned to existing customer groups.
How to Set Up a Group Discount #
- From the main menu, go to Discounts → Group Discount.
- You’ll see a list of existing group discounts. From here, you can edit, disable, or delete any existing discount.
- To create a new one, click New Group Discount.
- Enter a name for the discount.
- Select the restaurant or shop where the discount will apply.
- Choose the discount type — either a fixed amount or a percentage.
- Set the days and hours when the discount should be active.
- Choose whether the discount applies to the entire menu, specific products, or specific categories.
- Click Save.
Once saved, the discount will automatically apply to all customers within the selected group during the specified time period.
