You select your default screen, Dashboard or Order screen.
The dashboard is useful if you have multiple type of order types, ie takeout, delivery… so you can enter the necessary information before taking the order.
Generally, Dashboard screen used mainly in Fast Food business, and Order screen in busy Bar/Cafe where most orders are takeout.
