To enable caller ID, you will need to go to Plugins -> Tab on Caller ID and press save.
Currently on Easy CID is compatible with ACE POS.
Make user, the Caller ID device connected to your phone line and USB cable connected to your POS device.
Also you phone operator must allow caller ID.
