Loyalty Points is a built-in ACE POS feature that allows customers to earn points on their purchases.
Each point is assigned a value, which can be converted into either a fixed discount amount or a fixed discount percentage.
Example:
For every £1 spent, the customer earns 1 point. Each point can then be redeemed for a 10% discount. Customers can redeem their points fully or partially.
Every customer is assigned a unique QR code, which can be emailed directly from the POS or Back Office, or printed and handed to the customer during their visit. On the customer’s next visit, they present the QR code, allowing the system to identify them, add new points from their purchase, and optionally redeem available points.
To enable and configure Loyalty Points, navigate to Discounts and select the Loyalty Point tab.
